BIKINI WEATHER

ASOS DUSTER COAT// PRIMARK TOP & SUNGLASSES // TRIANGL BIKINI// NEXT JEANS (DIY RIPS)// H&M SLIDERS// ZARA BAG

You cannot seem to turn a corner without someone bangin' on about Triangl bikinis this summer. I caved into the temptation a few weeks ago and got one for my holiday last week and I can understand what all the fuss is about. They are great bikinis of a very high quality which is why I am not only wearing mine at the beach, I'm also gunna be wearing mine under sheer tops for a sporty vibe this summer.

I was very pleased when my mum presented me with these pair of jeans which no longer fit her. I headed onto YouTube to find out how to distressed my jeans without hacking them to pieces until they are no longer wearable (like I have done to half of my jeans in my wardrobe). I was quite pleased with they final results. Whatch'a think?

MY PICKS FROM THE ZARA SALE

Zara best picks

Zara is pretty much notorious for their incredible sales and this years summer sale has definitely confirmed why. I popped into Zara on Oxford Street a few weeks back and was initially overwhelmed by the amount of items they had in their sale so I stepped back and thought I would wait until their final parts of the sale appeared online. So viola! Here are my picks and I have to say, I am rather proud of my finds. Check out the Zara sale online for yourself, you'll be so surprised by the prices of all these items and the amount of stock they have left.

SUPERGA

ZARA TOP (ACTUALLY A DRESS)// PRIMARK SKIRT// TOPSHOP SOCKS// RAYBAN SUNGLASSES// SUPERGA FLATFORMS

When I was first contemplating buying these flatforms from Superga, I was initially worried that A) I didn't have a hope in hell trying to walk in them like I wasn't having problems and B) I would find them really hard to style. Whilst A is pretty much spot on -I have been known to trip up and wring my ankles on occasions whilst wearing them- B couldn't be further from the truth! They are actually so fun to style. They make a boring white T and black jeans (although this is my go to look) feel a little bit more funky and also go well with a sports luxe inspired outfit.

You have have been trapped away in my uni cupboard for too long Superga's, but now we are reunited, I promise to never shun you away... well, unless you hurt my ankle again, cause last time really hurt.

HOLIDAY BLUES

ASOS SUNGLASSES// MISSGUIDED TOP// ARK SHORTS// H&M CARDIGAN// BIRKENSTOCK SANDALS

There is nothing worse than coming back to your hometown after a very good holiday away. When it comes to dressing, you want to show off your "holiday glow" (or in my case, slightly burnt and verging on patchy glow) whilst being realistic that you're no longer in 30 degree heat- you're in England. So, layering up top and shorts down below felt like a good option today. I think I was subconsciously dressing, believing that if I closed my eyes, the layering will lock in the heat and I can picture that I'm sitting by the pool sipping a Pina colada. These leather shorts definitely did that...minus the pool and Pina colada. Not so glamorous.

I can imagine it has come to that time of the summer when many of you're wallowing in your holiday blues. Lets wallow together.
